Lessee agrees if the tools are not retuned at the agreed upon time, Lessee's Credit Card will be billed the Current market value as Listed on C&M Marine distributing Website, minus the deposit

Lessee agrees that the length of the rental Agreement is 5 Business Days unless otherwise specified

Lessee agrees to pay all damages or losses

Lessee agrees to use all the tools properley and use them for their intended purpose only

Lessee agrees to use the proper saftey equipment as required

Lessee agrees to read and follow the instructions for use of the tool(s)

C&M Marine distributing will not accept any resposibilty for injury and/or damage while using the listed tools

Lessee shall only use the tool(s) in a careful and proper manner and will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use, maintenance of storage of the tool(s)

Lessee Shall provide Tracking Numbers

Lessor Will Provide Tracking Numbers
