C&M Return Policy

Starting Aug 1, 2011, there will be no cash refund unless arrangements are made with C&M Prior to purchase.

C&M Marine is not resposible for manuacture warranty
(1) Customer receives product and finds that it is damaged, defective, wrong item shipped.
(a) Customer notifies C&M as soon as possible.
(b) C&M will make all decisionsand approve the need for a return and/or replacement.C&M will not assume responsibility for customer provided part numbers. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on these retruned items.
(c) If the wrong item is shipped by C&M, C&M will assume allcosts. C&M ships correct item back to customer and pays for this shipping cost, or credits account for the original sale amount including freight, if product is not replaced. C&M willnot assume responsibilityfor customer providedpart numbers.
(d) If the item is damaged due to shipment, contact the shipping agent. Insurance is provided and is optional on all of our items. If the item is damaged due to packing procedure the item and all shipping costs will be incurred by C&M. Item must be returned before a decision is made.
e) If it is determined the item is defective upon arrival, return to C&M for inspection. At that time, C&M will offer a replacement to the customer if applicable..
(2) Consumer receives product and decides he/she does not want it
a) No merchandisemay be returned to us without prior authorization. Special orders, materials made to order, cut to length, etc., cannot be cancelled and are not returnable. New and resalable merchandise and its original packing, may be returned within 10 days of purchase. Customer will incur shipping costs. Special orders are products we normally do not stock. Please make sure you ask if this product is a special order. There are no returns on these items. Not all items on C&M E-bay Store are stock items, some come directly from the factory. Please ask before purchase.
(3.) Customer receives product and either installs it incorrectly or it is misused;
a) If Customer returns product and manufacturer determines the item was improperly installed or misused. C&M will not offer a refund of any kind.
(4) General return policy
a) Refunds will not be made until the item has arrived at our location and inspected. The item must be in the original package and must be resalable
b) Some items are subject to factory warranty and will supersede this policy
c) We offer no refunds on any electrical parts.
d) No returns on any item that has been used.
e) No returns on inflatable items
