Reduces helm protrusion by thickness of dash.Allows clean retrofit of the SeaStar helm. Can be used where pre 1991 SeaStar Systems and mechanical rotary steering systems have been used. Used to retrofit the new SeaStar 3'' helm into 4.5'' dash cutouts.
