The Sport Tab series is engineered for the demands of offshore attitude correction over a wide range of water conditions. For speeds up to 60 mph. Features two heavy duty stainless steel tabs with powder-coated black finish, secured with heavy duty mounting plates and fasteners. Kit also includes Euro-Style Rocker Switch, hydraulic power unit, installation instructions and all necessary wiring, tubing and hardware.
General Guidelines
These sizing recommendations are based on average performance. Your choice may vary based on power, engine configuration, weight distribution, type of boat, and use. The greater the surface area, angle of deflection and/or speed of the water flowing under the trim tab, the greater the lift. When making a choice between trim tab sizes, remember that the largest trim tabs that will comfortably fit on the transom will be the most efficient.
Bennett Trim Tab systems in the United States carry a five (5) year limited warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. Bennett electronics (Tab Position Indicator, Auto Tab Control, Electronic Indicator Control and Auto Tab Retractor) carry a three (3) year limited warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.
Please Note: Damage to the trim tabs due to electrolysis is not covered by warranty. No labor costs of replacement, haulout, or miscellaneous charges are covered. Contacting Bennett Marine first may save considerable time, trouble and expense.
